Taking payment online
Let people pay for a seat when they book it, instead of you collecting at the door.
What people see
A price on the button and a card checkout at the end of it. Nothing to chase, nothing to reconcile by hand.
What has to be true first
- A paid plan — card payments are not part of the free plan, and the connect step refuses without one
- You are signed in as the club Owner — the Stripe section is not on the page for anyone else, including an Admin
Setting it up
- Open Settings and find the Stripe section.
- Connect your Stripe account. You will be handed to Stripe to confirm your details and where payouts go.
- Come back when Stripe says you are done. Prices and card buttons appear on your events once payouts are enabled.
- Gift cards and paid passes become available at that point too.
You need to be signed in as an admin of the club.
The other guides
- Memberships and passes — Sell a monthly pass, a punch card or a season series once, and let people book against it all season.
- Gift cards — A storefront on your own booking page where someone can buy a friend a gift card. It is off until you switch it on.
- Leagues with standings — Run a season, and the standings keep themselves publicly so players can follow their own table without asking you.
