What counts as a player?

A player is anyone on your club roster: everyone you imported, invited by email, or who signed up on your club site. It is not only the people who bought a membership, the count is across the whole club rather than per event, and it does not reset each month.

What happens if I hit my event limit?

You'll see a prompt to upgrade when creating new events. Existing events continue as normal—we'd never disrupt an event mid-month.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! The Free tier lets you try out the platform with up to 5 events per month and 50 players on your roster. Upgrade anytime when you're ready for more.

What are Maj and Heather?

Maj is your players' AI assistant - she helps with Mahjong rules, shows their stats and upcoming events, and answers questions about the platform. Heather is the admin assistant - she helps manage contacts, compose emails, and guides you through platform features. Both are included with Starter plans and above.
