Questions, answered
Is Bam Good Time really free?
Yes. The core is free to run your club, including event registration, check-in, table and seat assignment, scoring, messaging, and the analytics dashboard, with members paying you by Venmo or cash. Card payments through Stripe start on Starter. There is no flat monthly seat fee just to host your games. Paid Starter and Pro plans add extras like AI seating, league management, and tournaments, but you can run a real club without them.
Are there native apps?
Yes. Bam Good Time has native iOS apps in the App Store for iPhone and iPad, plus a full web dashboard that runs in any browser. Android members get the Bam Good Time app on Google Play. Members play and register from their phones while organizers run everything from the app or the web.
Do you charge instructors a monthly fee to run their classes?
No. Some platforms charge instructors a flat monthly fee just to run their own classes. We do not. The core is free. You earn, we earn when money moves, and there is no flat monthly fee to host your club.
Can I collect payments from my members?
Yes. On Free, members pay you by Venmo or cash and you mark them paid. Collecting dues, entry fees and event add-ons online by card starts on Starter, and the money flows directly to your connected account with no markup from us on top of standard processing fees.
How do new players find my club?
Every club gets its own website at yourclub.bamgoodtime.com, free, with your upcoming games on it. Google can find it, so players who search your club's name can land right on your calendar. Public clubs are also listed in our club directory, where nearby players browse clubs in their area and register on their own. In September 2026, Google sent visitors to more than 280 club websites on Bam Good Time.
What can I run with it?
Casual games, recurring club nights, multi-round tournaments, and full leagues with standings and ratings. The same app handles check-in, seating, scoring, payments, and player messaging for all of them.
